The Site hosts a directory of merchants of wholesale products and services that are listed and maintained by the merchants supplying such products and services and not by Sumner.

Sumner expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any damage, claim, loss, or injury caused by a merchant listed in our directory, using our shopping cart system or otherwise listed or linked on the Site arising out of:
